That rendering looks terribly weak and uninspired. Two-tone, curbless sidewalks and a couple of trees do not equal urban. Hopefully the City and Community input will lead to a better product in the long run.

That's a lot of units, and lots of thought will be needed on how this connects to (what's left of) the existing neighborhood to the south.
