To give perspective, Comcast built the 973 foot 'Comcast Center' in Philadelphia in 2008 for $540 million. I realize that inflation means that $575 million today won't get us a building that high, however, we might get something 700-900 foot out of this. I really think we will get a smaller sibling of the AT&T building next door, which has just over 1 million square feet. Pretty excited about this project, however, we haven't seen any plans yet.
