What if names like Larkin, Metlife, and Travelstead were synonymous with NYC?
New York City to many is the greatest city in the world. But it could have been even greater. Many daring and amazing projects from long ago were not built. Over the coarse of the next few dozen pictures we will see some pictures of how NYC might have looked if some tenacious and bold projects were built like the Larkin, Metlife North, and Travelstead buildings and how NYC might look in the future with current proposed projects. But this could have changed the coarse of history as some other magnificent buildings could've been sent to B RATE STATUS. Remember there is no need to be accompanied by a barf bag, as I only included worthy and beautiful buildings. I will post ten pics a post. Now everyone close their eyes and open them again to see how New York City really might have looked in the 21st Century.
