Russian Developer Gets FAA Approval For 646-Foot Edgewater Tower

OKO Group has been granted approval from the FAA to build a tower that reaches 649 feet above sea level, or 646 feet above ground.
700 Edgewater LLC, an affiliate of OKO, is the owner of the property. The company is said to be controlled by Russian oligarch Vladimir Doronin.
City officials haven’t approved the project yet. A tower called MBay was once approved for the site prior to it being purchased by 700 Edgewater.
