1 Yorkville was pretty promising when they put up that first sample piece a year ago. Then they brought out the spandrel and it ruins the whole concept.
The Well and CIBC Square are probably my two favourite Toronto projects of the decade, and they're going up concurrently. I just hope careful attention is paid to the street interaction along Wellington. It's a great strip to walk down and I hope the Well adds to it in a positive way.
