^ It is indeed the Seagram Building. The Citigroup Center is a nice building, but the Seagram Building is perhaps my favorite building in NYC.
Ludwig Mies Van de Rohe did not skimp on the design and construction of that building, and you can see it in its exterior. A true thing of beauty. No wonder he hated Philip Johnson's Glass House so much.
