I hate to say it, but this building is just kind of drab. It also seems to be working it's way towards being taller than all the other 6th ave towers (although I think the one at the Jack's 99c store a few blocks north is actually slated to be taller - speaking of which, it's above ground on about the 3rd floor right now, and I don't think we have a thread for it).
