^Totally agree. I was down on the riverfront today looking inward and could imagine a semi-iconic building rising up in the back of the skyline as if to call people back that way to see the new Grand Circus Park transformation.
There's no more question whether or not they are moving downtown. They are. The question is which site downtown. One or the other or both (Hudson's/Statler).
