^^^I'm expecting something better than SOMA Grand but on a par with 631 Folsom. It's sad to think that the best they can do for the "average San Franciscan" is $900/sq ft but that's probably true which is why I'm not very concerned about the value of existing homes in the City dropping in the current real estate "situation". If $900/sq ft is now the base for high and midrise new construction, existing buildings aren't likely to go much below $600 or $700 which as where many of them seem to be now.
