'mystery' location for tonight.

I thought maybe we could help USC figure out the location of these two houses.
Here's their description....which really doesn't say much:
"
Photograph of two two-story homes which may be located in Los Angeles. The house on the left has a porch on the second story,
a steeply peaked roof with a dormer window inside it, and a broad set of stairs leading to the front entrance. The house on the right is larger;
it has two large porches on both the first and second stories and a dormer window on the side."
They fail to mention the building in the distance on the right. (see detail below)
Could that be 'The Town House'? (or the 'Gaylord')
There are also numbers on the porch (but they're very difficult to read)
