Well, the teased 30 story building was the One KVB.
The
20 story office building has not been revealed
yet although we have had several other projects in that size range announced recently.
And now, the
10 story building I referred to will actually be 12 stories as proposed the
Graduate Hotel in MidTown near the Vanderbilt campus revealed the size (but no rendering) in a request to the city to seek a variance in parking requirements.
I think it will slow down for a while.
