The Hub, wow. I would have loved a Target on Green street, would have shopped there all the time. About the only time I used my car was to get to Market Place mall, because taking the bus there sucked.
Is the ISR dining hall a rehab of the old one, or a complete rebuild? I used to work there back in the day.
