by the standards of certain european Mediterranean communities....with lots of old world history....MB is no big deal. but one thing I noticed between MB and the pics of long beach...the east coast one...from mynyc is landscaping.
There's more of that visible in one, a lack of as much in the other. not sure if that's due to the winters in the east being harsher so it's tougher to keep plants alive....or if ppl in NY's long beach focus their properties on other things.
but it does affect the vibe of a place.
