I count from roughly 2006. That's when things started to pick up. You're right that the current slate of projects would take us to at least 2016. The proposals would take us to 2018-2020. If Toronto can keep the party going till about 2026 the city could very well elevate itself to the top flight of cities in terms of skyscrapers/skyline.
