I would hope that where ever Tesla intends to build any factory in the future they use it as leverage to force that state to remove restrictions that are cropping up across the US. Auto dealership lobby groups are getting laws past that cars canot be sold directly to consumers from the manufacturer but must go through a dealership. Its time for Tesla to throw its weight around some.
