I already made that point on the French-speaking forum once, that couple of towers (54) at porte de la Chapelle is interesting for the layout along the boulevard. I wish there was a plan to renovate and provide them with better facades but then, they should have to accept an actual gentrification of the neighborhood... Not sure that's in the current town hall plans. The area is nonetheless undergoing some redevelopment if I remember well.
