A while back we were wondering about the grocery store component in this project. All the backup files for this week's Planning Commission meeting have a supermarket included in the plans for Block 1 (closest to I-35). But it's been downsized to 36K sq. ft. I don't know if that's still big enough to be considered to be a full service grocery store or not.
