Perhaps people smarter than me can answer a few questions:
(1) Is there a bonafide plan to completely close off 37th Street interchange while the permanent solution is built?
(2) What is the Casino's plan for getting access to the facility during interchange reconstruction?
(3) Once the new interchange is operational, does the design give preferential access or configuration for the Nation's development over the residents of Lakeview?
(4) Are there current traffic issues at the 37th Grey Eagle roundabout that are detrimental to the residents of Lakeview?
