Depending on how big it was. If it was just for a long 6 story building, I would say no way. But if it was say.. A 20 story office building complete with a parkade and an indoor shopping center, than I would be all for it. It depends on the magnitude of the development, for me. If it was something very beneficial to the area, I would support it, but if it was something that wouldn't really benefit the public, than I would oppose any changes to the grid-like structure that's there now.
