I will agree that Fort Worth has a nice downtown. It would fantastic if we could attract a downtown grocery store. I'm sure in time, that will happen.
In the fully built blocks, the alleys have been used to provide entrances to bars and clubs that either can't get access to the street or to put one directly across the street from a church, yet still meet the separation laws between entrances from churches and bars.
