Doesn't look all that bad. I do like the black/white colour variations - hopefully it'll be black curtainwall or some sort of hybrid system. This one could turn out to look nice!
New heights:
The 62-storey tower would be 215 metres or 706 feet, and the 40-storey tower would be 142.5 metres or 468 feet tall.
