Man, all they had to do was leave out those operable windows, and these two designs work sooooo much better together. Still, not horrible, and the activation of that corner with the retail makes it worth some of the questionable design choices. I can't wait to sit in a restaurant there and watch all the drivers yell at each other while merging lanes as Ninth St narrows.
