"The neighborhood just south of the medical center, next to Murray High School, has so far successfully fought
a rezoning proposal that would allow for medical office buildings and other support facilities. As long as that holds, Stokes says those residents should be shielded from the increased traffic."
Sounds like the three highrise office towers are still plan for the area.
