There's no buyer(s) yet, but I think this Former Fire Station is a great old building that has good potential for being adapted to a new use. It would certainly require a lot of work, but would make a great restaurant environment. The current owner, an ex-Fint Police Officer who purchased it after its closure, has a current asking price of $275K.
