If one includes Muslim terrorism in the Middle East, then, yes. But obviously people in the US are not going to be victims of terrorism taking place in the Middle East, unless one has devised a way to be simultaneously in Baghdad and Chicago at the same time.
Outside of the Middle East, Muslims are clearly going to be a minority of victims of Muslim terrorism.
