In East Lansing:


The 300 Grand project was downsized to four floors and 39 units. Construction started in October and the're finishing up on the underground parking now.


Developers are proposing a six floor, 51 unit apartment building with ground floor retail for the northeast corner of Grand River and Spartan. Construction should begin this summer.


The former Taco Bell building at the northwest corner of Grand River and Bailey will be razed for a five floor, 30 unit building. This one is also slated to begin this summer.


At MSU:

The 1855 Place project is underway and has renderings now:






A new six floor office addition for the FRIB is topped out and receiving its facade.


Breslin will be getting some significant renovations and an addition in the next couple years:
