I don't know about the aesthetics, but I wish it had more interaction with Walnut Street. It's great that the tower abuts the street, but it looks like a row of windows and bushes at ground level. I thought Penn learned its lesson about turning its back on the city in (exclusive) favor of Locust Walk.
