I have a feeling being surrounded by Chase Tower's moat, an ugly garage, a nondescript windowless building, an old broken down motel, a student dorm, a parking lot and our crappy central station isn't doing a lot for its desirability; even though it's a great building.
I forget, is there retail space in CPE?
