projects on hold
Brown shoe is on hold, as are the Arcade building, the condo extension of MO Pacific, the new tower on Wash ave and 14th Street, and there's a couple more if I recall correctly.
Not quite as dramatic as chicago spire or the waterview hotel in chicago (28 stories and NOW they stop?), but the Arcade is a couple hundred units in the heart of downtown STL, so that hurts.
