It is the only tower being built by Aragon, everything else will be 4 floors and lower around that development.
There is a proposed pedestrian bridge through the development assistance compensation (from the casino moving) that is stated at 10.3million and to be built between 2013-2015.

I believe they are short money at this time since the quote came in around 15-16 million. Hopefully the city comes through on this or I (and many others) will be pissed. We are moving from the Quay and love the walk on the boardwalk as well as the new market opening. All this will be disconnected without the bridge. The sooner the better for us and if there is any doubt I will be petitioning for this sucker!
