EVERYTHING at the stadium is temporary. They are doing the best they can with limited money but the main goal is to build a permanent structure on top of the new football facility and go from there.

The south end zone will eventually be much nicer but the bleachers are for a while until funding becomes available. For those that don't know, the move to the Big East will provide a substantial increase in money that can be used for these purposes.
