And I feel that it should be. People that are renting cars here are most likely going to be tourists, in which a good chunk of them will probably do touristy things....like go to a basketball game. They don't live in Arizona and this kind of tax should go toward the amenities that support tourism which makes more money in the long term for Arizona. I am glad this was upheld by the court.
