Studio 21 was set up in a part of the building that hasn't been redeveloped yet, and I think they were the last tenant, so maybe the rest of the renovations (for the Discovery Centre, etc) will start soon. Hopefully the area fronting Lower Water gets some public art and/or landscaping. |
I am anxious for the Discovery Ctr to move as well as then the old site can be redeveloped! I don't know lease-wise, what is the expiry date on the existing Discovery Ctr. site tenants. This may hold up any redevelopment there.
