I almost bought into it but realized I wanted to live in Mount Pleasant instead. Otherwise We liked the layouts and location. The area is in the middle of a long transition and if you like the area and can wait it out, it will be a great buy. There is a lot coming to the area so the value will go up. Once Douglas gets closed off it will be less noisy and busy as well something to think about. Check Burnaby's town center plans to see what they want to do.
