Well, this certainly DOES look French...

... not that that's a positive thing.

The God-awful shape aside, the top reminds me of a cheap air conditioner with dozens of tiny pieces of tape blowing on the vent to show that there is airflow.

If built, this will clearly be the new front-runner for world's ugliest building. Kids, just because something is 'new' doesn't mean it's better. Just because you can do something, doesn't mean it needs to be done. Just because you dream something up, doesn't mean that it's not actually a nightmare.

This building is clearly somebody's dream.

But it's also nightmarish.

I pray it's never built.
