CruzGuy i have lived there as of May 2007 they seem to have open house in the display unit witch is located right below mine ever weekend Sa/Sun till about 2:00 PM. the web site really isn't too much of a help you will have to come in and talk to a few of the sales reps as well as an agent from Countrywide Lenders. nice people they would love to show you around there is a one bedroom display unit as well as the two story two bed and bath unit. I have a few pictures of the one bedroom unit if need be.
