This project is just so bizarre to me, and I still can't believe it is happening. Despite all of the questions and doubts, the developer is marching towards an opening date for October 2017, which I don't see happening. It reminds me of so much North Korean or Soviet-era concrete mid-rise architecture. I do not think it will age well, and I will be shocked if the 500+ rental units fill up fast.
