I'm not feeling this one at all. I understand paying tribute to OS's architecture. But OS's architecture works because of its charm and history. Trying to recreate that in 2018 just looks messy and inconsistent. The upper half looks like a cookie-cutter apartment building, and the bottom half looks incredibly disjointed. I much preferred the original hotel that was proposed at Madison and Cooper a few years ago.
