The CH Martin site is planned to be redeveloped into a 25 story tower with retail and/or restaurant uses on the ground floor and lower lobby level (connection to PATH?), office uses of floors 2-5, and rental apartments on floors to 6-25.
Frankly, I'm surprised it's only 25 floors.
