Don't you think the podium would look like Market Wharf's? That's the new condo directly south of St. Lawrence Market. Red brick looks awesome, imo. It will add colour, texture, and heaviness at street level.
I've always associated red or black brick with high end. Hue of red makes all the difference though. It needs to be a deep, rich, red.
