After seeing the few renderings, I believe "Crystals Place" is not inside
The Crystals but closer to the Mandarin Oriental (I could be wrong). The Mandarin Architect Kohn Pedersen Fox does have that section of the Mandarin labeled as retail. Here's KPF website
