Saw this on NYY this morning... If this turns out to be some sort of architecture firm fantasy I'm going to be mighty pissed. This looks amazing. That whole r.o.w. cut could see this sort of development and the city should be doing everything they can to make it as feasible as possible. And if the Triboro RX ever is seriously pushed forward, just imagine how much more desirable and lucrative these transit straddling development sites could be.
