Lee & Associates NYC has landed the exclusive agency for 83,000 s/f of office and retail space at Vorea Group’s new mixed used building at 23-20 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City.

Kenneth Salzman, SIOR, Senior Managing Director/Principal; Corey Horowitz, Executive Managing Director/Principal; and Seth Rosen, Associate, will market 53,320 s/f of built-to-suit office space on floors four through eight.

Office space at the new eight-story property features four sides of floor-to-ceiling windows, 12 ft. ceiling heights and unobstructed floor plates, each comprising 10,664 rentable square feet.

The 30,000s/f of retail space includes 200 feet of all-glass wraparound frontage on Jackson Avenue and Pearson Street, and faces 1 Court Square.
