I believe the timeline for completion is sometime in 2015, though I can't find verification of that. That seems totally possible though, considering how far along the east side is, and the significantly smaller west side being above grade already.
I'm really looking forward to the first cladding being installed. The exterior materials include terracotta, steel, and glass. The total cost is around $150 million.
