Yeah, I was just now looking at the perimeter wall height, which also doesn't tell us anything definitive. We won't know anything until specific information
and renderings are released of the design. It's also possible that this is a different version of the tower, filed to get the ball rollin. Here's an overall comparison of the 57 floors here with the 66 floors at the spiral...it's a minimum of 1,341 ft.
