Though they haven't even mentioned it in a while, I've been following the saga via curbed, and the tower has been entangled in legal problems for a while now...it looks done on the skyline, but I pass it every day going to school and the base is still far from complete, and I don't believe the interior is completely built out. Last I heard it was sold to someone else who would eventually complete the building, but no new info has come out in a bit.
