Regarding Legacy, don't have a huge problem with facadectomies as long is they're the exception rather than the rule with preservation. But my only problem with this case is that some of the floors of the historic buildings will be used for the parking garage. It's only going to be the top 2 levels, though, if I'm correct; much better than the case with the Ritz Carlton residences

The steel will be left in place because it will also be used as a guide for when the "Shoulder Hedges" are trimed. It's almost like a vegetation sculpture.
