I would be surprised if it was just through retirement. I see a lot of the immigration numbers through my job and a lot of young people are heading out to BC for work. Even in my small profession, the number of professionals I see leaving for BC easily outpaces what we have coming in. Although, I will say that I rarely fill out endorsement forms to go to Alberta.
