Griffins is a great spot beacuse of the ocassional 2 for 1 deals - either through the Entertainment Book or Visa Perks (not recently tho') - and the dessert bar.
In each of the Hotel Vancouver two-storey stores, I can't imagine that the ceilings would be very high, since the ballrooms are above them.
WRT Victoria's Secret - could they be going in the the former 701 West Georgia lobby location?
