I understand your confusion. Initially
ZachBalbino posted renderings (the ones I started the thread with) of the project which he received when he was working at the architects office. He did mention they were preliminary renderings, so I went a little above and beyond classifying the renders as unofficial. I guess it was just a poor use of wording on my behalf. For some reason I assumed that since he saw the renderings while working at the architects office, they were by no means officially the renderings (I assumed they were just conceptual/fantasy). They are in fact actual renderings that are attached to the planning doc. I was in the wrong
